1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Nidia Lester application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Nidia Lester offers self-coaching and personal development programs consisting of video and audio content accessible exclusively through our application.

3. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

3.1 Personal Use Only

All programs and content are sold for personal use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or download the content for use outside the App
• Allow others to access your account or programs

3.2 Access Period

Once a program is started, it remains available for 90 days unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Important: The 90-day access period begins only on the day you start the program, not on the date of purchase.

3.3 Extension Requests

After the initial 180-day period expires, you may request a one-time exceptional extension of up to 45 additional days through the App. Extension requests are subject to approval and granted at our sole discretion.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Eligibility for Refund

A full refund is available under the following conditions:

• The program has not been started
• The refund request is submitted via email to pieceofcakesolutionsllc@gmail.com
• The request is made within a reasonable timeframe from purchase

4.2 No Refund After Program Start

Once a program has been started (i.e., the first content has been accessed), no refund will be issued.

5. PROGRAM TRANSFER POLICY

5.1 Transfer Eligibility

You may transfer your program to another person under the following conditions:

• The program has not been started
• The transfer request is submitted via email to pieceofcakesolutionsllc@gmail.com
• You provide the full name and email address of the recipient

5.2 Transfer Process

Upon approval:

• Your access to the program will be permanently revoked
• The recipient will receive access credentials
• The 90-day access period will begin when the new user starts the program
• Transfers are final and cannot be reversed

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payment must be received in full before access to any program is granted.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership

All content, including but not limited to videos, audio files, images, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Nidia Lester and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App
• Create derivative works based on our content

8. USER ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

8.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
